About Us
SOWEC became an enterprise by advancing the research project of Bahçeşehir University and became a company by being entitled to receive investment from TÜBİTAK 1512 programme. It continues its R&D activities on its current MVP.
As of 2025, SOWEC plans to start energy production activities by revealing its commercial product.
SOWEC is an energy system technology that converts wave energy into electrical energy.
With its innovative product, it converts the potential energy of the wave into electrical energy by installing on a suitable coastline.
We continue our research and development activities on our technology in order to use the energy of the seas efficiently, first in Turkey and then in the international market!
