Wave Energy

Wave energy is a type of renewable energy generated by utilizing the motion oscillation of winds on waves. Unlike hydroelectric power, this type of energy generates energy by utilizing the power in wave motion and currents in the seas and oceans.

The oceans cover almost 75% of the earth's surface. This means that Wave Energy has enormous potential. It is an inexhaustible, untapped resource.

The World Health Organization (WHO) now calls air pollution "the world's greatest environmental health risk". As SOWEC, we aim to contribute to solving this problem.
